Booking formality

It is possible to book upon express notice of the availability of accommodation given by the staff that takes care of bookings.

The booking requires a deposit of 25% of the toal price payable with Bank Trasfer.

Regulations

The total settlement will be paid cash at arrive at Baccheggia.

The payment must be done with Cash.

Arrivals must be between 4.00 and 8.00 pm on monday.

Rooms must be left at least at 10.00 am on next monday.

7 day stays can start only from monday to monday.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations from 90 dd on arrival to 0 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 25% of total price.

The prices indicated are per accommodation (not per person)

Included in the price:

• Use of kitchen
• Final cleaning
• Water, light and gas
• Breakfast
• Use of swimming pool

Not included in the price:

• Daily cleaning
• Extra bed
• Use of barbecue.

 We accept only weekly reservation.

Apartment 4+2 beds:

* On weeks of XMas, 31 december and Easter we apply Holiday Season price.
